Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal period - Shoppers in the European Union can withdraw from their contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods

 

  • Notification of withdrawal - Customers must inform Mood‑EQ about their decision to withdraw using a clear statement (e.g., email to contact@moodeq.eu)
  • An optional withdrawal form is provided in the annex, but it is not mandatory
  • Meeting the deadline - It is enough to send the withdrawal notice before the 14‑day period expires.

Refunds

  • Timing of refund - The company will reimburse all sums received from the consumer (minus any extra delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day it is informed of the withdrawal
  • Method of refund - Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different method; there are no fees for the refund,
  • Delay conditions - Mood‑EQ may wait to issue the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof that the goods were sent back

Conditions and Costs

  • Additional costs - Any supplementary costs (e.g., premium shipping, product handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods) are not reimbursed Shipping costs are non‑refundable if the original order did not benefit from free shipping
  • Return costs - Customers pay the direct cost of returning the goods and are responsible for the product's condition until it reaches the storeMood‑EQ covers return shipping only when an error is attributable to the seller (e.g., wrong or defective goods)
  • Reduction in value - Consumers are liable for any decrease in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and functioning

Exceptions

Products that cannot be returned include items that were custom‑made or personalized, products with signs of damage or missing original packaging, goods that deteriorate quickly, and sealed products unsealed by the buyer for health or hygiene reasons .Digital/electronic products sold on the website are exempt from the right of withdrawal because content delivery starts immediately after purchase and cannot be reversed In exceptional cases Mood‑EQ may decide to issue partial or full refunds at its discretion .
