Order processing - Orders can be placed at any time, but processing occurs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time, excluding Romanian public holidays.

Delivery methods - Products are delivered by courier or post within the geographic area specified at checkout. Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or code after full payment.

Estimated delivery time - The expected shipping time for each destination is shown during checkout. There may be delays beyond the indicated delivery time; Mood‑EQ is not liable for delays caused by courier companies.

Transfer of risk - Mood‑EQ assumes responsibility for delivering products until they are handed over to the customer. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon receipt

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Standard delivery is defined as the least expensive delivery method offered (e.g., free shipping when you buy 2 or more products). If customers choose a more expensive shipping method, the difference is not refundable.
Delays and Responsibility
The seller does not accept responsibility for delays resulting from the courier service or for temporary interruptions of the website that could influence ordering.. Digital services may be subject to immediate delivery and are exempt from withdrawal rights.
